Terms of service
These terms govern access to and business use of HiPer Rep. They apply alongside any proposal, order form or service agreement agreed with HiPer Business Solutions.
Last updated: 6 August 2026
1. The service
HiPer Rep is a business-to-business platform for agency prospecting, reputation management, client reporting, review-request workflows and related communications. HiPer Business Solutions provides the platform to the subscribing organisation named in the applicable order or onboarding record (the “Customer”).
By creating an account or using HiPer Rep, the Customer and each authorised user agree to these terms. A user acting for an organisation confirms that they have authority to do so.
2. Accounts and access
- Users must provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
- Customers must assign appropriate permissions and remove access when roles change.
- Suspected account compromise must be reported promptly to support@go-hiper.com.
HiPer Business Solutions may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with law.
3. Agencies and client workspaces
An agency controls the client organisations and users it onboards. Agencies are responsible for their client relationships, instructions, branding, reports, communications and permissions. Client users may access only the workspace made available by their agency.
White-label and agency-branding features do not transfer ownership of HiPer Rep or make HiPer Business Solutions a party to the agency's contract with its client.
4. Customer data and integrations
The Customer retains its rights in data it supplies or connects. It grants HiPer Business Solutions the limited right to host, process, back up and transmit that data as necessary to provide and secure the service.
Customers may connect Google, email and other third-party services using accounts they are authorised to use. The Customer is responsible for provider charges, permissions and compliance with provider terms. Third-party availability, data and policy decisions remain outside HiPer Business Solutions' control.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not use HiPer Rep to:
- break the law, infringe rights or send unlawful marketing;
- access profiles, mailboxes, contacts or accounts without authority;
- create fake reviews, misrepresent feedback, review-gate in breach of platform rules or manipulate ratings;
- upload malware or attempt to bypass security or tenant controls;
- scrape, overload, reverse engineer or resell the platform except as expressly permitted; or
- send content that is deceptive, abusive, discriminatory or harmful.
Customers must ensure their outreach and review-request activity has an appropriate lawful basis and complies with privacy, electronic-marketing and consumer-protection requirements.
6. Fees, changes and availability
Subscription fees, allowances, billing dates and any minimum term are set out in the applicable order, proposal or plan. Unless otherwise agreed, fees exclude taxes and third-party usage charges.
We may improve features and perform planned maintenance. We aim to provide a reliable service and maintain operational backups, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Material reductions in contracted functionality will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
7. Intellectual property
HiPer Rep, its software, platform design and underlying materials are owned by HiPer Business Solutions or its licensors. The Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during its subscription for authorised business purposes.
Customer logos, content and data remain the Customer's property. Feedback may be used to improve the platform without identifying the person or Customer that supplied it.
8. Ending access
Either party may end the service under the applicable order or agreement. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use or a serious security risk, normally after giving a reasonable opportunity to remedy where appropriate.
On termination, access ends and data is handled according to the service agreement, Customer instructions, our privacy policy and applicable retention requirements. Customers should export information they need before access ends.
9. Responsibility and liability
Each party is responsible for losses caused by its breach, negligence or unlawful conduct. HiPer Rep provides analysis and workflow tools; Customers remain responsible for business decisions, report approval, communications and responses made using the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any additional limits agreed between the parties appear in the applicable service agreement.
10. General
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Neither party may transfer the agreement without the other party's consent, except as part of a genuine business reorganisation or sale where obligations continue.
These terms and related non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Questions can be sent to support@go-hiper.com.
